The customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay penalties (with the exception of personalized or "made-to-measure" items). Belle Miss extends this period to 30 clear days. This right is exercised by returning the product; only shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the error comes from Belle Miss.
All piercing and earring products (except clip-on earrings, which can be returned) are excluded from this right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
This period runs from the day of receipt of the order.
Example : you receive your order on April 5, you have until May 5 midnight to return the item(s) to us (Postmark or date on the carrier's pick-up slip will serve as proof).
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition and complete (product label, accessories, cover, etc.) with a shipping method including a tracking number (proof of return), with the delivery note.
Products must be intact, in perfect resale condition, perfectly clean, they must not have been worn or used, or have suffered any damage. Any damage found on a product upon return due to a non-compliant packaging level may result in a partial refund or no refund of the product if resale in its current state is impossible.
